Timothy Sylvain

Timothy Sylvain is Executive Vice President of Finance and Capital Markets at QII, where he leads the company’s financing strategy for large-scale infrastructure development. He has nearly two decades of experience advising clients on complex transactions across public and private REITs, private equity firms, real estate companies, and developers. Before joining QII, Tim served as Head of Data Center Lending, overseeing corporate, development, and project finance.

Tim spent much of his career at KeyBank Real Estate Capital and KeyBanc Capital Markets, where he was an original member of the Institutional Real Estate Group and advanced to a senior leadership role. Over multiple credit cycles, he earned a reputation for clear advice, sound judgment, and strong client relationships.

At QII, Tim helps shape projects from the inside and bring financing strategy closer to execution at a time of growing demand for large-scale infrastructure.

He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from John Carroll University.
