Scott Wylie

Scott Wylie is Vice President of Finance at QII, where he leads financial planning, strategic planning, and corporate development as the company scales its infrastructure platform. He brings a decade of corporate and investment banking experience focused on AI infrastructure and infrastructure software and services.

Before joining QII, Scott was a senior vice president at Jefferies, a global investment banking and capital markets firm, and earlier worked at J.P. Morgan in the firm’s technology corporate banking group.

Scott has advised on a broad range of complex, high-profile transactions spanning public and private M&A, large-scale strategic sales, sponsor-backed deals, and capital formation. At QII, he applies that background to financial decisions behind the company’s build-out.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and business information systems from the University of Pittsburgh.
