Jeremy Bardin
Advisory Board MemberJeremy Bardin is an advisory board member to QII, bringing 37 years of experience leading large-scale commercial and infrastructure development programs. He advises on program governance, delivery frameworks, and execution, strengthening QII’s ability to build and scale infrastructure for next-generation systems.
He spent more than two decades at HITT Contracting, including seven years as Co-President, where he helped guide the company’s growth into one of the largest general contractors in the United States. During his tenure, he led large-scale development programs and expanded operations while maintaining the exacting standards required for mission-critical environments.
A U.S. Navy veteran and former Seabee, Jeremy brings a leadership philosophy grounded in accountability, clear communication, and fact-based decision making, values that align directly with QII’s disciplined approach to delivering critical infrastructure at scale.
