Jeannie Williams serves on the Board of Directors of QII, bringing a steady commitment to people, service, and purpose. Her leadership is shaped by a belief that strong companies are built through trust, principled action, and care for the communities they touch.

As President and Co-Founder of Quality Growth Companies, Jeannie partners with her husband, Chad, to help guide the family’s business-building platform. Her work reflects QGC’s people-first approach and its focus on building ventures with lasting value.

Jeannie also co-chairs the QFoundation, where faith is put into action through support for veterans, first responders, and community initiatives nationwide. Through that work, she helps advance practical support for those who serve and the communities around them.

With decades of leadership experience and a deep commitment to service, Jeannie brings a grounded perspective to QII’s Board as the company builds infrastructure for what comes next.
