Chris Kapper

Chris Kapper is Executive Vice President of Pre-Development at QII, where he leads development strategy and execution across the company’s infrastructure projects.

Before joining QII, Chris held development leadership roles at QTS Data Centers, including Senior Vice President of Development. His work focused on advancing large-scale data center projects through planning, approvals and delivery readiness.

Chris previously served as Director of Strategy and Development at STACK Infrastructure and held earlier development roles with CenterPoint Integrated Solutions, Sterling Organization and Lidl US. That experience gives him a practical understanding of how complex sites move from concept into execution.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Real Estate from Florida State University.
