Jill Glover is Director of Culture and Experience at QII. In that role, she works closely with the broader QGC organization to shape the employee and client experience in a way that reflects the company’s brand and core values. She brings strategic vision and a hands-on commitment to people at every level of the organization.
Jill brings 25 years of experience in relationship-building, client account management, and employee development. Before joining QGC, she held leadership positions in human resources and account management, spanning client service and team management across the healthcare and service sectors.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from MidAmerica Nazarene University.
